Lay-By Terms & Conditions
  
Gifts & Wishes is happy to offer its customers a 10 week lay-by service. Now you can purchase all your heart desires and pay it off in manageable repayments. 

Simply place your order online and and choose lay-by payment option & enter "lay-by" in the comments box. When we receive your lay-by order, our friendly staff would contact you to arrange the deposit payment either by credit card, Paypal or a bank transfer.

Lay-by Terms and Conditions

- 10 week lay-by service.
- A minimum lay-by of $50.
- Sale items may be placed on lay-by unless otherwise stated in product description.
- A 10% lay-by deposit required when order is placed.
- Lay-by must be finalised by the due date.
- Regular fortnightly payments are required.
- If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus a $3.50 service fee.
- If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalise your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension)
your lay-by will be cancelled, stock will be returned to the store and a $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs. 
- Individual items will not be separated from a lay-by until final payment has been received.
- Once payments are received you will receive email confirmation outlining the payment made and lay-by balance due.
- Once you receive your items the normal Refund/Exchange policy applies (see FAQ`s).
- All items remain the property of Gifts & Wishes until final payment has been received.

- $9.00 per order.
Delivery time to NSW, ACT, QLD,
VIC, TAS - 4 business days,
to SA, WA, NT - 5 business days.
Registered Post with
tracking number & insurance
- $13.00 per order.
Delivery time to NSW, ACT, QLD,
VIC, TAS - 2 business days,
to SA, WA, NT - 3 business days.
Express Post Platinum with
tracking number, signature on delivery &
insurance - $26.00 per order.
Delivery time to NSW, ACT, QLD,
VIC, TAS, SA, WA, NT - Next Business Day
(if the order is placed before 1.00pm of Sydney time
on any business day Monday to Friday).
