You can pay by bank bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
TO MAKE PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:
We will send an email with the necessary information for bank transfer after you received a confirmation of your order. Please contact your bank and send your payment so the amount of your purchase will clear into our account: Gifts & Wishes bank account number will be provided by email after you placed your order. Then, e-mail us the transfer's confirmation number. Gifts & Wishes will start processing your order immediately after confirming your money transfer details.
TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD:
PLease select a product and go to check out. Insert your details. Choose shipping address. proceed to check out. Choose an option of payment - Credit Card. Click on Check out button. Insert your credit card details. Click on the button "process payment/ check out". If you had an error code while processing the payment via your credit card, please check out Credit Card Error Codes Interpretation and follow their instruction what to do next.
TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY PAYPAL:
PLease select a product and go to check out. Proceed to check-out. Choose method of payment, PayPal. It is not a problem if you do not have an account with PayPal. It does not take extra time to buy via PayPal in our online shop. You will be connected to PayPal website automatically by choosing this payment method where you need to provide your email address and process your credit card payment. With PayPal, you can choose to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal Buyer Credit or your PayPal account balance.

| What Delivery Fee do You Charge? | |
We do delivery by Regular Post (signature on delivery) - $9.00 Fee and Registered Regular Post with a tracking number & insurance - $13.00 Fee per order within Australia (from 2-4 business days), or upgrade to Express Post Platinum ($26.00) within Australia (next business day if the order is placed before 3.pm), which requires a signature on acceptance of the parcel. If you require delivery in later dates, please inform us by putting the date in the message box provided shipping and payment page.
We do delivery by Registered Airmail International to New Zealand, which has a tracking code. It will be delivered in four business days unless if you request a later day for delivery. The fee is AU$25.00 only.
Due to our system not set up for the international postage, we do not send orders to countries other than Australia and New Zealand. However, if you require a product from our online shop, please email us an enquiry and we will send you a quote of the postage price for that particular product.
We believe we have employed excellent delivery partners who will endeavor to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. However, there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. To help to avoid gifts arriving after a specific date, we ask you to complete the "preferred delivery date" in the order form.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.

| What are Gifts & Wishes Refund Policy? | |
Our aim at e-giftsandwishes.com is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we can organise an exchange or refund for you, so long as the products are returned to us in its originally, undamaged packaging.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing our Customer Service line on (+61) 2 42973069. Our friendly team is available to assist you from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm AEST. You can also email us at info@e-giftsandwishes.com

| How to place an order with multiple gifts going to the same address? | |
It is easy to send gifts to different people who live at the same address. Please add the items to your shopping cart that you would like to send. Choose the gift wrapping style from our gift wrapping department. Then simply type the name of gift wrapping style and the item to be wrapped in that style in the box provided at the bottom of the check out page where you need to select the payment and delivery methods. (e.g Japanese Blossoms - Cat Figurine; Black Stripes - Bolts & Nuts Bike).
