 We do delivery by Regular Post (signature on delivery) - $9.00 Fee and Registered Regular Post with a tracking number & insurance - $13.00 Fee within Australia (from 2-4 business days), or upgrade to Express Post Platinum with
tracking number, signature on delivery & insurance ($26.00) within Australia Guaranteed Next Business Day (if the order is placed before 1.00pm of Sydney time on any business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the item), which requires a signature on acceptance of the parcel. If you require delivery in later dates, please inform us by putting the date in the message box provided shipping and payment page. Attention: there could be delivery delay to some areas in WA & NT (depends on the distance from the main cities)

We do delivery by Registered Airmail International to New Zealand, which has a tracking code. It will be delivered in four business days unless if you request a later day for delivery. The fee is AU$25.00.  

We believe we have employed excellent delivery partners who will endeavor to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service. However, there may be times when despite our best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. To help to avoid gifts arriving after a specific date, we ask you to complete the "preferred delivery date" in the order form. 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.
